What can you do with just 10sqm (107 square feet) of garden space?
We designed and built this very stylish and practical office for a client in Loughton, in Essex.
Completed at the of December 2020, this office makes the very best use of a narrow space at the end of a garden.
The footprint occupied is 4m x 2.5m, and the design includes double French doors and casement windows to provide this garden room with lots of light.
On warm days, the French doors open directly into the garden and on cold days, thick insulation and an electric radiator keep the room warm and cosy.
The external finish includes lighting, Cedar Wood cladding and Saige composite decking.
The internal floor is constructed from high-quality laminate.
We also built a bespoke-computer desk for our client to complete their design.
And as you’d expect, there is ample internal lighting and power sockets to ensure this is an efficient and convenient workspace.
