This 22.4 sqm garden room in Rayleigh, Essex, has three separate rooms. 

 

It incorporates an office, a gym and a storage space all within the same structure.  

 

Valuable living space in the house is now free to use.

 

Here’s some additional information about this project; 

 

• The area covered is 8m x 2.8m 

• The design makes the best use of the wide space at the end of the garden  

• There’s plenty of light inside; apart from internal lighting, a 3-metre sliding
  patio door and a large casement window make the most of natural light 

• Entry to the storage area and office space is via an aluminium
  framed French door with frosted glass

• An internal door separates the gym from the office

• Long-lasting cedar wood cladding covers the super-strong steel frame 

• High-quality laminate flooring is laid throughout

• We also installed the decking and sleepers to create the finish our client desired
