Include air conditioning in your Evergreen Garden room as our client in Colchester, Essex, has done. 

 

The brief for this room was to create a relaxing chillout zone on a plot approximately 8 metres wide.  

 

As you can see from the image, we also incorporated space for our client’s hot tub via a matching canopy. 

 

Other details are as follows; 

 

• The steel frame structure is clad in “light mist” Hardiplank timber

• White aluminium-framed 3 panel bi-folding doors provide lots of natural light and an open feel for summer months

• Our client added a lozenge opening window to one side of the room 

• We laid high-quality laminate flooring throughout

• The air conditioning unit is also a heater and will be used in cold weather and in the winter months

• The client added the shelving units and TV
